Create the copy before clearing storage
Open My List and choose Create backup. Copy the complete text from List backup and keep it somewhere you control. It contains saved references and manual checkpoints, not video files or viewing-service credentials.
Merge in another browser
Paste that text into Restore backup and choose Merge backup. Existing checkpoints in the destination browser take precedence rather than being silently overwritten. Read the result message and inspect the saved titles afterwards.
If the backup is rejected
Check that you copied the entire HQFlix backup, not a partial fragment or another brand's file. The restore box is not for passwords or personal documents. Return to the original copy instead of inventing missing fields. Private browsing or clearing site data can remove local choices, so keep a backup when those choices matter.
